CHALLENGES

Robots make dishes with stable flavors, but there’s nothing new

Under the strict control of the epidemic, the attendees were required to stay in the venue, unlike in the past. If they wanted some Chinese specialty, they could only count on the smart restaurants in the venue.

“The broccoli is always crispy, and the wonton crust is always nice and chewy, but there is nothing new about most dishes.”

Due to the strict control measures, there are few chefs for the event, and therefore no new ideas can be performed in the dishes.
